I ordered this from cortechusa.com i’m tired of running into the same kind of issue again. The product just didn’t feel well made at all. The material felt thin, the fit wasn’t quite right, and after only a little bit of use it already started looking worn out. For the price, I really expected better.

I ordered my normal size thinking it would be easy, but the fit was totally off. It was tight across the shoulders and somehow loose around the waist at the same time, which just felt weird. I checked the size chart too, but it really didn’t make things any clearer. Ended up having to return it, which was frustrating for something that should’ve been simple. The quality seemed fine, but they really need to figure out the sizing.

I had to return one item, and the actual process was simple enough. The refund came through quickly too, so that part was fine. I just didn’t love how the interaction felt — like I was being kind of dismissed instead of helped.

Am I the only one who had a hard time finding anything actually available on cortechusa.com? I went on there looking for a couple of riding items, but almost every size or color I clicked on ended up being out of stock.
What made it more frustrating was that the site still lets you browse like the items are available until you actually open the product page. After a while, it got annoying because I was comparing things I couldn’t even buy.

Maybe I just happened to check at the wrong time, but the availability was disappointing. I ended up giving up and ordering from somewhere else

I ordered from Cortech and, believe it or not, the package actually arrived on the exact day they said it would. Wild concept, I know. Tracking was simple enough to follow, and the delivery went smoothly with zero drama. No complaints here.

I had to exchange a jacket for a different size, it went better than I expected. If I’m remembering right, it took a couple of days before I got a response, which was the only part that felt a little slow. After that, though, everything was easy enough. I sent the jacket back and got the new size without any real hassle. I’d give it 4 stars mostly because of that initial wait, but overall it was a smooth experience.

I was a little confused going through the product pages. A lot of the descriptions felt sorta vague, and I found myself guessing basic things like the fit, materials, and what was actually included. There just weren’t enough clear details for me to feel comfortable placing an order.
